President: Trina Anderson
Trina Anderson an Oakland native who started working for the U.S. Government in 1984, and sometime in 1985. She works as an Equal Opportunity Specialist for the U.S. Coast Guard. She holds an Associates Degree in Liberal Studies from Vista Community College, and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development with a minor in Sociology, from CSU Hayward. In 1998, she received her Master's Degree in Public Administration with a focus on Counseling from CSU Hayward. Currently, Trina is a 2nd year student in the Counseling Psychology Program where she is pursing an Ed.D at Argosy University. She intends to become a grief therapist and respond to major disasters as well as have a private practice working with individuals who are experiencing complicated grief/bereavement. Secretary/Treasurer: Abi Weissman
My name is Abi Weissman. I am a third year Clinical Psychology Doctoral (PsyD) student and your Secretary-Treasurer. My third year practicum will be at the Institute on Aging in San Francisco. I also have a Masters in Human Sexuality from San Francisco State University with a focus on lesbian sexuality. My hobbies include swimming, practicing Anusara yoga (beginner), drinking coffee, and participating in Queer Jewish activism. My CRP will focus on Transgender Jewish identity development. Activities Coordinator: Kale Jenks
Hi, my name is Kale Jenks, I am a 3rd year Clinical Psychology (PsyD) student. My current practicum is at Portia Bell Hume in Concord working in the partial hospitalization department. My hobbies are playing sports, watching movies, and hanging out with my friends. My clinical interests are working with athletes, focusing on those using anabolic steroids and other performance enhancing drugs.
